Birdcall is a community driven neighborhood eatery. Locally sourced ingredients, commitment to sustainability, love of neighborhood art, is just the start of what makes birdcall unique. With the use of technology birdcall dreams to make all-natural ingredients more affordable and accessible to all. We are more than a chicken sandwich.

We are proud to be a part of the 3rd Annual Denver Deluxe. The Denver Deluxe combines all summer essentials for an incredible afternoon music fest. Jam to live music all afternoon with cold beers tapped, and burgers being flipped. This event will also feature live art from local street and graffiti artists. This is a family-friendly event and kids under 12 are free.

Set inside Denver's flagship Whole Foods store at Union Station, Birdcall is a good fit with its focus on local and seasonal. It's fast but not fast food. Even better, it has wine and multiple taps of craft brews to pair with its sandwiches, salads and sides. It's in a class of its own–one that's hard to define. You are sitting in a grocery store, yet Birdcall channels the energy and vibe of its LoDo location.
As more and more chefs embrace the world of fast-casual cuisine, it begs the question, which chain will become the next Shake Shack? Here are some of the hottest new entries from around the U.S. in 15 major cities.

In a city that’s knonwn as a hub of fast-casual innovation, there’s always a killer new counter joint around the corner. These eight wave-making, rave-drawing newcomers — all, with one close-enough exception, opening within the past year — are poised to earn their place in the pantheon alongside Denver’s most beloved standbys.
"A warm, buttery Aspen bun, crispy chicken doused in Nashville Hot sauce and a couple pickles – absolutely perfect. The combination of the soft bun, the crispy tenderness of the chicken, the peppery hot sauce and the acid of the pickles makes for the best chicken sandwich of all time. You have to try it for yourself.”
The new Whole Foods Market at Union Station will have more than alfalfa sprouts and tahini. The first downtown location will also house three restaurants, a 100-pound tower of cheese and — are you sitting down? — a mac and cheese bar.
Whole Foods Market plans to open its Union Station location at 1701 Wewatta St. on Wednesday, Nov. 15, replete with a Birdcall and Tel Aviv Street Food restaurants in house along with some firsts for the grocer. The store also will feature the second Birdcall restaurant in Denver, a standalone, full-service venue created by the founders of Park Burger. Southern-inspired fried chicken sandwiches, salads, milkshakes, breakfast biscuits, 20 local beers, and wine await customers.
When the long-anticipated Whole Foods Market Union Station opens later this fall, it will be bringing more than a killer cheese selection and (my favorite) homemade wheat tortilla chips to downtown: Local fast-casual, fried chicken purveyor, Birdcall, is opening a second outpost in the store.
